It is interesting that there is so much information on the World Wide Web without any meaning. As I mentioned yesterday, I was interested in finding a nice runner strength training for my “off” season. I searched the Internet for a training plan (granted that I only spent about 10 mins doing this) and I only came up with articles telling me about the importance of combining strenth training. Ehhhh Duh! Yes, I could have devise my own plan but I am a little lazy for these types of things..
I got so boggled down with searching that I forgot my fitness app, Full Fitness, has sport-specific workouts.
It even has a training plan for runners. Also, it divides this program based on pre-, in- and post-season. I think that I will do the pre-season workout two times a week with other cardio and core exercises.
